| We looked at two other daycares in the area and picked A Place to Grow because of its reputation, delightful décor, nice teachers, and solid curriculum and activities (music class and Gym Bus are faves!). We have not been disappointed. Four months later, our daughter is right on track based on her last evaluation. She’s shouting out correct colors and shapes when we ask and has lots to say about her fun days. She loves showing us what she did that day when we pick her up – there’s always an art project. She’s made friends and really likes going to “school.”

| "Going back to work after 4 1/2 months at home with my infant son was a very difficult process. After visiting multiple day-care facilities (feeling disappointed and stressed about what we had seen), my husband and I went on our final visit to “A Place to Grow.” After our tour and meeting with the Infant room teachers there was no question as to where we were going to send our little boy. The teachers made us feel comfort and addressed any questions or concerns related to his care while at the center. He attends the center three days a week and the teachers have been extremely supportive and caring in the 3 1/2 months that he has been in the Infant room. After his first week, the teachers asked if there was anything that I would like them to differently, which gave me a huge sense of comfort knowing that they wanted to ensure that I was happy with his daily care. I have complete trust in the teachers at APTG for providing care for my young son and do not know of a better place for him to be when he is not with family."

| "When I went back to work our daughter, Addie, was almost 4 months old. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do! It was so difficult to leave her, but the staff at APTG made the transition so smooth for our family. Addie did a few half days before I started back to work – which was good for both of us! Addie’s teachers have been wonderful in working with any special requests or circumstances. At almost 11 months, Addie will still refuse a bottle from anyone except her teachers at APTG! We are so grateful to know she is safe, loved and well-nurtured while we are away during the day. She now lights up when she walks in the door each morning! Each day, she loves to come in and see all of the colorful artwork, her friends and her teachers. We plan to keep her here until she eventually goes off to school!"

| "I was not looking forward to having to drop my son off for his first day of daycare after my maternity leave. I couldn't imagine spending the days without him, but the teachers couldn't have been better and put my mind at ease about all of my concerns. They are very attentive to each child's individual needs which was a relief. His teachers (Miss Becky and Miss Dena) sent me updates and pictures that first week that made me realize how much he was loving playing with the other kids.

| Having worked in a daycare facility as a preschool teacher, my standards are quite high. Therefore when I was visiting area facilities for my 16m/o daughter, I was seeking qualified/long-term staff and a facility that provided structure in a clean/safe environment. Once I visited A Place to Grow, I stopped my search.

| I found the staff at A Place to Grow to not only be well qualified but genuinely interested in the well being of each child. You can tell that what they do for these children is in their hearts! Each staff member is welcoming each and everyday. They communicate with the parents about the children each and every day and express concerns as empathically as a family member would.

I know that each day that I drop off my daughter that she is in good hands and that her needs will be tended to with care and not just because it’s their job, but because it’s what they truly care to do."

| The well thought out schedule for the day is a great characteristic of the center. I am provided with a monthly overview and a weekly schedule of what my son will be doing. Knowing what my little one is working on helps me reaffirm at home what he learned at school.

| Enough space for the children was one of my main concerns. A Place to Grow has plenty of space, which they utilize very well. They have a safe and secure play yard, indoor play rooms, child size bathroom facilities and child size work areas. This is just another great feature that the center provides.

| "Our son is enrolled in the infant room full time (5 days/week). We initially chose APTG because of the atmosphere. When you walk in, there is artwork covering the walls and colorful decorations and it just makes you happy to be there! After meeting the staff and enrolling our son, we knew it was a great choice. The staff is very attentive to even specific needs for your child, and there are always events going on or projects being made throughout the year- even with infants- which keeps it interesting for our son and us. They rarely close in the event of adverse weather conditions which is important to us because it is hard for us to take off work last minute. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing daycare!"
